Our Telephony Infrastructure
Crabtree Hall VoIP and data solution is made up of a complete CAT 6 structured wiring network. The data network is fully converged, made up a Cisco PoE (Power over Ethernet) switches with QOS (quality of Service) enabled for VoIP (Voice Over IP) and Video Conferencing.
Our telephony system is a state of the art system, enabling Crabtree Hall to take advantage of feature rich technologies now and in the future through software enhancement upgrades. Services such as voicemail, auto attendant and music on hold system to accommodate the different businesses has been deployed plus it can be expanded to accommodate additional offices. Crabtree Hall will also be providing a managed 2mb Lease Line Circuit from the offset with future capacity planning in place of up to 34mb.
