The Business Centre has been designed to maximise on the stunning surrounding Yorkshire views, particularly across the Vale of York towards Pen Hill, giving a real sense of light open working, and providing flexible office environments. Within the business centre we have office space to let and suites to let ranging from approximately 500 square feet.

All our office space to let and suites to let can be tailored to suit individual occupiers’ needs, either large or small. Our business centre suites are incredibly flexible and smaller office space can be combined to form larger units to suit the size and form of your company.

Additional meeting facilities are available on site in the contemporarily designed Crabtree Hall Multispace, with further car parking alongside.

Friendly and efficient on-site management and maintenance support, with a ‘hands-on’ attitude and an emphasis firmly on catering for the needs of the occupiers, meaning our site is perfect for your company to rent office space.
